These terms and conditions are issued by Real Flowers Pakistan (The Company). They apply to the entire contents of the website under the domain name www.realflowers.pk (the website) whether you act as a private individual and consumer or as a business. By accessing any part of the website, you confirm to have accepted our terms and conditions. The Company may revise these terms & conditions; you should check the website from time to time to review them.
Access to the website may be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the company’s control.
2. Amendments & Cancellations
If you wish to make amendments or cancel your order, please call us on 0300 0177325 (international callers should call +92 300 0177325)
Please note that any changes for orders already placed must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Requests for cancellations for orders already placed must also be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Please note that on orders where special flowers have been arranged, cancellation of your order is possible only in exceptional circumstances and is entirely at our discretion.
3. Minimum Order Value
Real Flowers Pakistan will only accept orders above PKR 990 and these qualify for free delivery. Please note free delivery of fresh flowers is available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi. For other cities, please speak to our team for a bespoke quotation.
4. Delivery Policy
Real Flowers Pakistan offers free delivery in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi. However, we reserve the right to levy a fee where an area maybe classified as being within the above cities but exceeds a distance of 25 KM and the order value does not justify the traveling distance. Please feel free to call or email us if you are unsure about an area.
Please note that for same day orders WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY IN THE SELECTED TIME SLOT. If you want us to deliver in the selected time slot, please place your order at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
Under normal circumstances, we will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient’s address provided. However, there are times when this is not possible due to problems with the address information that our customers provide or due to problems our drivers encounter when attempting to deliver the order. It is therefore very important that you ensure that the recipient address you provide is accurate.
If you are unsure of the recipient’s address, please provide the receivers contact number and also an alternate point of contact.
Under exceptional circumstances that are outside of our control like a natural disaster or the vehicle breaking down, we may not be able to deliver on time. We ensure that these occurrences are minimized, but in the event that we are unable to deliver the order owing to circumstances that are within our control, we will contact you immediately via email or phone to schedule a redelivery and refund the original delivery fee if any. We reserve the right to provide additional compensation in the form of a discount off a future purchase from our website. No other form of compensation is paid.
Please note orders placed after 6 pm will be delivered the next working day unless one of our customer services representatives has agreed to same day delivery prior to the order being placed.
5. Substitution Policy
All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
